Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product selection, and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs

- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos

- Work with banks and finance institutions to provide customers with the best rates possible.

- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and objectives

Requirements:

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred

- Knowledge of wireless technology products is a plus

- Strong organization- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactionsal skills to maintain accurate inventory records

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
