Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns. You should also have a good understanding of tax software and MS Office. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Exceptional client service and the ability to develop excellent client relationships are also key. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of public accounting (tax) experience, and an active CPA or EA license is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Qualified candidates must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States and be willing to travel locally on a limited basis.
