Job Duties:
Tracking of Property and Liability Insurance for all entities
Assist with Insurance Claims
Document Storage to Sharepoint
Completion of New Management Agreements
Tracking of On-Boarding and Off-Boarding of properties in the portfolio
Tracking of all Replacement Reserve Requests from Regional Property Managers
Tracking of Annual Limited Distributions
Tracking of Premium Management Fees with MSHDA
Tracking of Tax Payments and Receipt Collection for RD and SSAM projects
Billing for 3rd Party Compliance
Assist with Tracking for all RD Budget Requirements Year to Year
Assist with Data Entry within various platforms
Special Projects as requested
Job Qualifications:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Products
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
