Rex Property Group is a small real estate investment company that specializes in the acquisition, selling, subdividing, and light development of rural vacant land. We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant / Acquisitions Assistant.
You will manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with Purchase Agreements, escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and surveys, and acquiring approval for offers and counteroffers. You'll answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls with buyers, sellers, and vendors. This role will require the candidate to speak directly with Buyers and Sellers and occasionally negotiate within predetermined parameters. Ideal candidate will have basic real estate knowledge, know their way around Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks, and be proficient with computers.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
