    Job Opportunity: Vice President of Talent Management:

    We are seeking a Vice President of Talent Management to lead our team and drive impactful change within our growing organization. In this role, you will spearhead all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention.

    Responsibilities

    Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

    Design and implement innovative talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

    Identify and address skill gaps through targeted development initiatives.

    Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth opportunities.

    Develop leadership programs to nurture future leaders.

    Establish performance management processes to evaluate employee performance and support career development.

    Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through strategic initiatives.

    Promote the employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

    Identify and develop high-potential employees for key leadership positions.

    Implement succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

    More than 15 years of experience with 8 years in a leadership role in talent management.

    Proven track record in leading talent development, acquisition, and retention initiatives.

    Experience In a Complex, Global Company With Multiple Stakeholders.

    Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Strong leadership and people management abilities.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics tools.

    Additional certification (SPHR) is a plus.
