Being an Top Investment Executive oversees an organization's investment activity to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. Develops, articulates, and communicates the overall investment strategy, vision, and objectives of the organization to achieve long-term growth and profitability. Additionally, Top Investment Executive provides strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to align investment strategies with business goals and market outlook. Oversees and manages the investment portfolio, asset allocation, and diversification strategies to optimize returns, manage risks, and achieve investment objectives. Monitors, evaluates, and adjusts investment strategies and asset mix to respond to market conditions, economic trends, and investment opportunities. Routinely reviews investment operation policies and procedures and recommends changes to increase efficiency or compliance. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Top Investment Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Manage email and correspondence promptly, ensuring an organized inbox.
- Plan and manage social engagements, private events, and public appearances.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events with precision.
- Handle all travel arrangements and logistics seamlessly.
- Assist with personal shopping, errands, and social engagements.
- Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, and logistical details for events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with care.
- Proven experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-profile individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in productivity tools and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Location: Multiple locales (as required by the executive).
- Work Hours: Flexible, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Travel: Local and out of state, approximately 20% to 25�nefits
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Previous experience managing executive agendas, travel, and household duties essential.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and work ethics required.
