Mavi is seeking an Budget and Reporting Executive to join their Finance team in Westwood, NJ

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly performance reports for timely presentation to the Board, ensuring accuracy and completeness of results.

• Develop budgets and projections aligned with company targets.

• Monitor performance to meet reporting and budget goals.

• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure prompt budget reviews, gather information, and consolidate data.

• Compile IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and audit reports quarterly, maintaining relationships with independent auditors.

• Share monthly sales and cost results with relevant departments.

• Prepare financial projections for Mavi North America's growth strategy, seeking board approval.

• Verify the accuracy of financial data shared externally.

• Address Ad-Hoc reporting needs as they arise.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• University graduation from relevant departments,

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position,

• Very good knowledge of English,

• Analyze and reporting experience,

• Advance level knowledge in MS Office,

• High level of communication skills,

• Being a team player,

• Experience with SAP is preferred,

• Bilingual in Turkish and English,

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
