Position Summary
Hilltop RISE (HR) seeks an Executive Director with a passion for urban redevelopment and revitalization. Reporting to the HR Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) will be responsible for the overall strategic oversight and operational management of HR. This includes developing and nurturing partnerships, overseeing associated programs, driving organizational growth, and executing HR’s mission of fostering a vibrant, prosperous, and growing Hilltop.
As a private economic community development corporation (CDC), we are committed to the mindful economic growth and development of The Hilltop. The ED will serve as the chief spokesperson and advocate for HR, acting as the primary liaison with community partners and financial supporters, including corporations, foundations, and public agencies.
