Collaborates with legal team to ensure the preparation of proposals, negotiation processes, and contract administration follow company policies and adhere to legal requirements. Additionally, Top Contracts Executive typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Sometimes requires certification like the NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM).
