  • Job Summary:

    As the Manager of Executive Compensation at Aptiv, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of executive compensation programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Aptiv's executive compensation strategies align with business objectives and remain competitive in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive executive compensation strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and the Total Rewards team.
    • Lead the administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and executive benefits.
    • Oversee the evaluation and benchmarking of executive compensation against industry standards and market trends to ensure competitiveness and alignment with Aptiv's pay philosophy.
    • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance principles.
    • Manage the annual executive compensation review process, including performance assessment, merit increases, and equity grants.
    • Lead the preparation of executive compensation recommendations to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
    • Provide guidance and support to senior management on executive compensation matters, including offer negotiations, retention strategies, and talent management initiatives.
    • Lead administration of equity incentive program on Fidelity stock plan platform
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of executive compensation programs and processes.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in executive compensation, and recommend adjustments to Aptiv's programs as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in executive compensation, preferably with 1-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Deep expertise in executive compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive positioning.
    • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing executive compensation programs that drive organizational performance and support talent retention and engagement.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct benchmarking analyses, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate executive compensation concepts and recommendations to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
