Being a Top Collections Executive monitors collections activities and provides recommendations for improvement. May work with legal counsel or outside collections agencies to handle overdue accounts. Additionally, Top Collections Executive may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Collections Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Qualifications:
1-3 years of Client Service Experience and / or Sales Experience preferably B2B
Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of professional experience
Accessory/ Fashion industry experience preferred but not necessary
Experience in achieving success in a sales and incentive driven environment
