Responsibilities/Duties:

• Maintain stellar communication and relations, ensuring all parties are informed throughout the closing process
• Manage an average pipeline of 45 transactions closing each month in our E-Closing/Closing-Vue software system
• Review purchase and sales agreement and addendums for necessary title details
• Review title commitment requirements and collect all documents necessary for closing
• Prepare closing documents for signing
• Coordinate with lenders to balance Closing Disclosure

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Title Processing
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
