Telecommunication Rates Manager manages a team of analysts who develop, review, analyze, and update rating schedules and schedule tables. Oversees liaising with billing and compliance departments to ensure conformance to company and government standards. Being a Telecommunication Rates Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Telecommunication Rates Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Looking for experienced mortgage loan officer to work our current database of over 100,000 leads. These leads consist of tens of thousands of past clients and past inquiries. We are starting to see some momentum on cash outs and purchases and we have more leads to work than we have loan officers to work them. I am gearing up for rates to drop but there is money to be made right now if you are willing to work. I know many loan officers are waiting until the market improves or waiting until there are leads to work. Many loan officers do not have access to company database of leads.
If you are a good salesman and have some experience as a loan officer we could do very well. I had a loan officer last month close just 2 loans and made $12,000 . We can get the right person closing 3-5 per month with hard work and the right help. I will personally help and train you.
