JobSummary :

We are seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Telecommunications Technician to join ourremote team. This role involves the installation maintenance andtroubleshooting of our telecommunications systems to ensurereliable and efficient communication within our company and withour customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experiencein telecommunications technology excellent problemsolving skillsand the ability to work independently in a remoteenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Monitorand test system performance ensuring optimal operation andreliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technicalissues with telecommunications equipment andservices.
• Collaborate with IT and network teamsto integrate telecommunications systems with other enterprisetechnologies.
• Provide technical support andtraining to endusers on telecommunications systems andfeatures.
• Document installation proceduressystem configurations and maintenanceactivities.
• Stay updated with the latestadvancements in telecommunications technology and recommendimprovements.
• Manage and maintaintelecommunications inventory and ensure properdocumentation.
• Ensure compliance with industrystandards regulations and companypolicies.

Requirements :

• Provenexperience as a Telecommunications Technician or similarrole.
• Extensive knowledge of telecommunicationssystems including VoIP PBX and relatedtechnologies.
• Excellent problemsolving skillsand the ability to troubleshoot complex technicalissues.
• Proficient in using telecommunicationstesting and diagnostic tools.
• Strong writtenand verbal communication skills.
• Ability towork independently and effectively in a remotesetting.
• High school diploma or equivalent;additional certifications in telecommunications or networking are aplus.
