Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen Dich in Voll- oder Teilzeit als Technischen Consultant Customer Service (all genders).
Deine Aufgaben- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Installation, und Wartung der eingesetzten Kampagnenmanagement Lösung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Entwicklung und Business Intelligence
- Kommunikation der Kundenanforderungen an die anderen Fachbereiche
- Monitoren täglicher ETL Prozesse
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen (Kunden) Projekten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium oder Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen (z.B. Jira)
- Durchführung von Aufwandseinschätzungen sowie selbständige Priorisierung von Aufgaben
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Kampagnenmanagement-Plattformen
- Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse, d.h. Code lesen, versehen und ergänzen in PowerShell, (MS)SQL, C#/Java und Versionierung (GIT)
- Verständnis für Ladeprozesse und Reporting sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit z.B. SSIS, SSAS, SSMS, Visual Studio, Power BI
- Datenbank Administrationskenntnisse (vorzugsweise Microsoft SQL Server)
- Cloudkenntnisse (Vorzugsweise Azure)
- Fähigkeit Problemstellungen zu durchschauen und einzuordnen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
