Job Details
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking dedicated self-starting team players with a strong tax background to lead tax engagements for privately held clients in a variety of industries. 4 years of recent public accounting experience required, CPA a plus.
Job Responsibilities- Working directly with clients, you will prepare, and possibly review, business AND individual tax returns.
- Mentor junior associates
- Complete complex tax research.
- Assist in audit engagements.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Develop and cultivate professional relationships.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
- Interact professionally with clients and all levels of staff.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and accounting software preferred (Lacerte tax
- Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing/tax standards
- CPA or CPA candidate a plus but not required
