Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in hiring and onboarding new team members, fostering employee engagement, assisting with training, and supporting day-to-day operations. Spanish speakers are strongly preferred for this role. 

Responsibilities:

·        Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the company.

·        Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.

·        Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.

·        Develop and implement strategies to promote employees and employee engagement.

·        Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

·        Provide training support to supervisors as needed.

·        Identify and address operational gaps in service.

·        Ensure all new hires receive necessary materials, equipment and training materials.

·        Facilitate off-boarding, write-ups, and employee termination process(es).

·        Guide and assist new hires through our online LMS system.

·        Maintaining and promote our company’s “voice,” mission and core values.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        Prior experience in recruitment, HR, multi-family, or a related field preferred.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

·        Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

·        Proficiency in Spanish preferred.

·        Must be able to work in-office for the first 120-days of employment, transitions to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
