Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Technology Support Services. The Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Information Technology department, managing programs, developing IT strategies, providing team leadership, and implementing project management processes. The role is based in Honolulu, HI.
Qualifications
- Experience in Information Technology, Program Management, 24X7 Helpdesk and IT Strategy
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership and project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
