Role Summary:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee all aspects of material flow, ensuring the accuracy and control of inventory. This includes transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, receiving, and shipping operations to meet customer delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a cross-functional planning process that integrates various operational aspects.
• Analyze customer demand and sales forecasts to develop effective production plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize production planning aligned with customer demand.
• Implement best practices for inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control.
• Manage production scheduling activities, ensuring materials are available for uninterrupted production.
• Develop a sourcing strategy to support business growth and sourcing needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective control systems, addressing discrepancies proactively.
• Commit to quality and company values in all job functions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Proven management skills.
• Proficiency in an MRP system such as Epicor, Oracle or SAP.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
