Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) jobs in Maine
Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs the clinical, managerial, and administrative aspects of substance abuse programs. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness and quality of drug/alcohol rehabilitation treatment procedures to achieve standards and objectives. Being a Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) partners with community agencies and programs to ensure continuity in the type and level of patient care. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and requirements. Additionally, Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. H.E.L.P. Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services' mission is to provide quality mental health and substance abuse treatment (co-occurring) to our community, and we are seeking a capable, fully Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our well-trained team. The philosophy of H.E.L.P. is to provided a supportive work environment that will allow the clinician to focus on what they have been trained to do by minimizing external stressors that often attribute to burnout and ineffective treatment.
The right candidate will have experience with working one-on-one with clients in the treatment of co-occurring disorders. This is a contract (1099) position with fee for service compensation. Candidate must have experience and background with MaineCare provider expectations. Candidates knowledgeable/ experienced with agency licensure is a plus. H.E.L.P. is a growing practice with room for professional growth.

Pay: $65.00 - $100,000.00 per year
