Spa Manager Job Description

Contour Spa New Berlin and Brookfield is looking for a Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations for two of our locations: New Berlin and Brookfield. Our Spa Managers are responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day spa operations. You will oversee all spa services, including scheduling, sales, service, and maintenance. You will also ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures. Our Spa Managers are responsible for leading by example and working with other Spa Managers to ensure that the spa is running smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Duties:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day spa operations
• Oversee daily spa services including service scheduling, sales, service, and maintenance
• Ensure that staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
• Lead by example and manage staff in a positive way to ensure high quality customer service
• Work with other Spa Managers to ensure that the spa is running smoothly and efficiently
• Provide feedback on spa services and scheduling to clients in a timely manner
• Ensure that all clients receive a 5-Star experience

Job Description:

• We are looking for someone to join our fast growing team. We are looking to bring in someone who is comfortable working directly with clients in a spa environment. Training is provided. Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients for their wellness & body contouring needs
• Create client journey with the clients
• Recommend other services to clients based off their needs
• Book appointments
• Daily cleaning & spa organization

Job Types:

• Full-time 40 hours
• to start with ability to grow
• $1250 base per month per location plus tips, commission (averaging $30-60 per hour), bonuses
