Assistant Manager Responsibilities

· Coaching team members to benchmarks

· Monthly meetings with each team member

· Revenue goals

· Drive Revenue

· Delegation w/verification

· Team Retention

· Providing outstanding Customer Service to clients/guest (Google rating goal 4.5 )

· Training and coaching new employees

· Opening/Closing duties of location

· Proper payment handling

· Overall inventory

· Overall Location performance

Job Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership

· Open availability (no restrictions)

· Open to any location

· Computer Skills a must

· Goal driven w/ results

· Ability to lift 35 pounds

Pay: $20-$24 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
