Spa Manager Assistant - Casino assists the manager with spa and recreation activities. Manages the spa and recreation staff and support personnel. Being a Spa Manager Assistant - Casino coordinates classes, programs, and day-to-day operations of a spa and recreational facility. Creates and implements general and therapeutic spa and recreational activities for all age groups. Additionally, Spa Manager Assistant - Casino develops and maintains relationships with members and guests. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Spa Manager Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
