As a Digital Strategist, your primary responsibilities will involve driving our clients' organic search presence through strategic campaign setup, monthly deliverables, and quarterly evaluations. The Digital Strategist is responsible for analyzing digital campaign performance, optimizing SEO and social marketing efforts, conducting data analysis, and managing display ad and Google Local Services campaigns. Your goal will be to maximize online presence and lead generation for our clients, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Campaign Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits of ongoing and past digital marketing campaigns to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
• SEO Optimization: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and drive engagement. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Social Marketing Management: Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns, including content strategy, schedule, and analysis of engagement data to increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to guide digital marketing strategies.
• Display Ad Campaign Monitoring: Oversee and optimize display advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and budget. Monitor metrics and adjust strategies as needed for maximum performance.
• Google Local Services Management: Set up and monitor Google Local Services ads, ensuring accurate and optimized listings for enhanced local search visibility and lead generation.
• Lead Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze lead generation efforts across all digital channels. Implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Performance Standards:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of Digital Marketing principles, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to produce results within tight deadlines.

Skills Required:

Prior experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of data analysis. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices is a plus.

Working Conditions:

The Digital Strategist will work from our High Five office. Standard office hours are M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasionally, extended hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of social marketing and its application to different industries.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
