We are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the respective social media channels of both the credit union and foundation by executing social media strategies that engage members, highlight select employer groups, and promote community partners. You will strategize creative ways to integrate the Nusenda brand into conversations with members to enhance the organization's overall reputation, with a deep understanding of our members, partners, and the communities we serve. Additionally, you will partner inter-departmentally with team members and credit union departments, and externally with community partners.
To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field. Credit Union or Financial Institution experience preferred. This position is a combination of problem solving, project management/planning, creativity, selling/negotiation, and public speaking/presenting.
