The role of a Media Coordinator will be integral to the continued success of our dynamic media department. As a key team member of the media team, you will play a pivotal part in providing support and coordination across various facets of media: paid, owned, earned, and social media. Your responsibilities will extend to the strategic implementation of organic social media initiatives, aligning closely with the vision and goals set by the media team. Your attention to detail, professionalism, organization, and ability to meet deadlines will be essential to the success of this role. Job Duties:Primary

• Organic Social Media
• Track organic social calendars
• Coordinate post-approval/edits
• Post/schedule created posts
• Implement tags as assigned by Strategies
• Social post engagement (invite prospects, community building, tracking and reporting comments)
• Assist with adhering to best practices
• Contribute to content with ideas, trends, industry relevancy, holidays, events, etc.

Secondary

• Media Department support
• Web Maintenance support
• Tracking/coordinating deadlines

Skills/Qualifications

• A social media user (understanding the general basis of the different platforms as a user)
• Detailed orientated (focusing on the small elements that may otherwise be easily overlooked)
• Organized (ability to stay on task and meet deadlines)
• Self-starter (identity weaknesses and turning them into opportunities)
• Ability/motivation to learn (wanting to continuously learn to keep up with the movement of the industry)
