Slot Technician Supervisor jobs in Connecticut
Slot Technician Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Being a Slot Technician Supervisor ensures machine function and output is according to specifications. May be required to help technicians repair slot machines and remove broken machines from the gaming floor. Additionally, Slot Technician Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Slot Technician Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Job duties and responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall technical supervision and maintenance of all electronic gaming devices.
- Supervises the Slot Technical employees.
- Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering / Title 31 training.
- Responsible for assuring the Slot Technical division is in compliance with any state regulations, company policies and alcohol controls.
- Able to allocate resources to ensure optimum guest service experience while maintaining or controlling costs.
- Responsible for the maintenance, security, proper operation and cleanliness of the EGDs including the operation of a preventative maintenance program
- Communicate any pertinent information to senior staff, surveillance, or other necessary employees regarding slot win / loss, Title 31 information, suspicious activity, criminal activity, possible intoxicated guests, work related injuries, or any other information that is important to the operation of the casino.
- Ability to understand and use Oasis and Ultipro systems.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Detailed descriptions of experience or educational requirements :
- An Associates' degree in electronics or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must complete all required company training.
- At least 5 years' experience in Slot Maintenance.
- At last 2 years' experience in a leadership capacity in Slot Maintenance.
