Job Title: Sanitizer – Parts Cleaner

Location: North Little Rock, AR

Shift Information: C Shift (24/7 pm shift - Rotating Nights – 7 pm – 7 am)

Position Overview:

Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient cleaning and sanitizing of machine parts, containers, totes, etc., the accurate recording of data, and the disassembly and reassembly of equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or a GED equivalency
• Environmental Factors:
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to tolerate working in an environment of high temperatures.
• Must be able to tolerate working in a wet environment where often clothing becomes wet.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge of specific production/processing areas, machinery, and product items.

What You Will Do:

Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient cleaning and sanitizing of machine parts, containers, totes, etc., the accurate recording of data, and the disassembly and reassembly of equipment.

Essential Functions:
MANIPULATION REQUIREMENTS: (HANDS OR FEET) This position requires an individual to constantly perform one and/or all of the following movements/functions: Handle, reach, feel, perform fine motor manipulations with their hands, and performing gross motor manipulations involved in assembly, stocking machinery, and moving equipment and supplies.

• Must be able to work overtime as required.

• Must be able to train on all of the above listed functions.
• Write OPL's
• Manage washroom orders and PO's (coordinate with Maintenance Coordinate, follow up on PO statuses, obtain quotes from vendor, advise on receipt of goods)
• Shift efficiency
• Manage 5S of washroom area
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Computer literacy required
• Have Organization & Documentation Skills

Must:
Plan in advance for a "changeover" and coordinate services with the mechanics to adjust, clean, or replace equipment efficiently to minimize the downtime on the production line;

• Maintain open communication with supervisors, mechanics, and other employees;
• Work independently, make decisions, and use adequate organizational and time management skills;
• Have working knowledge of the production process, items produced, and equipment utilized in maintaining production within specific norms and standards;
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures;
• Ensure high standard of quality control and follow all quality and GMP procedures;
• Have the visual/auditory acuity required to read invoice I.D. #s on product labels and hear warning alarms;
• Read and comprehend written instructions and reports;
• Work flexible hours/shifts, including overtime;
