Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing fundraising strategies to secure funds for our organization. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet financial goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors
- Utilize fundraising software such as Raiser's Edge to track donor information and donations
- Conduct research on potential donors and funding sources
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising materials
- Organize fundraising events and activities
- Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fundraising, public relations, or related field
- Strong strategic planning and research skills
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in using databases for donor management
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
