Job Title: Remote Lead Generator & Marketing Representative

Location: Outside Business Development (Work from ROAD, LOCAL TRAVEL, HOME, occasional in office or event)

About Us: We are provider of Assisted living to the Middle American segment of the marketplace. We provided excellent care at a price point nearly 20% less than the competition and are committed to delivering exceptional service and care to our clients, in a clean and safe environment. Our focus is on care vs real estate glitz and assisting those middle market seniors who cannot afford the high-end glamorous facilities, nor would they feel comfortable there. The residents need care and attention not real estate.

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Lead Generator & Marketing Representative to develop and nurture referral relationships with key feeder sources such as skilled nursing homes, hospitals, elder law firms, home health agencies, and other allied sources, on a weekly monthly basis. Once the lead is procured you will be responsible for a short needs and financial assessment then turn the lead over to upper management for admission counseling. This job is to generate leads and build our local people in need of our service and build brand image not direct selling. You will also participate in local health events sponsored by our company and others and ideally be able to conduct educational seminars after being trained. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, or someone wanting to learn and grow in the areas of marketing, presentation, networking and build professional experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently work a list of referral sources in our territory on weekly monthly basis.
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with skilled nursing homes, hospitals, elder law attorneys, home health agencies, and other allied health sources.
• Expand and enhance our existing database and territory.
• Engage in consistent weekly networking with referral sources to ensure continuous lead generation.
• Conduct thorough preliminary needs assessments and financial evaluations of potential clients.
• Effectively transition qualified leads to the sales team leaders.
• Attend relevant virtual industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and generate leads, build brand awareness
• Maintain accurate records of all networking activities, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Desire to gain experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or eldercare industry. High level curiosity, energy and self-directed work style
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to conduct detailed needs assessments and financial evaluations.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to connect with diverse referral sources.
• Knowledge of the eldercare industry and related services is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
