Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Lead Generator & Marketing Representative to develop and nurture referral relationships with key feeder sources such as skilled nursing homes, hospitals, elder law firms, home health agencies, and other allied sources, on a weekly monthly basis. Once the lead is procured you will be responsible for a short needs and financial assessment then turn the lead over to upper management for admission counseling. This job is to generate leads and build our local people in need of our service and build brand image not direct selling. You will also participate in local health events sponsored by our company and others and ideally be able to conduct educational seminars after being trained. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, or someone wanting to learn and grow in the areas of marketing, presentation, networking and build professional experience.
