    Summary:


    Sales

    • Serve as Sales Account Manager
    • Establish contact and relationships with customers new to Spectra
    • Establish/grow relationship with current customers assigned
    • Execute account duties to drive sales per sale plan
    • Manage product lines as assigned
    • PLR or Pitch Support

    Create instore merchandising plan

    • Retail box design
    • Renderings; ppt slides
    • Samples: Boxes, labels, belly beam signage, headers
    • Execution of actual bays for PLRs
    • Travel and trade show attendance
    • Manage, organize and attend trade shows as necessary 
    • Visit customers as necessary


    Marketing

    • Digital marketing campaigns 
    • Develop and execute a strategy to support sales plan
    • Identify which products, which platforms, budget, content, schedule
    • Create and execute digital campaigns for retail customers
    • Ensure brand consistency throughout all businesses 
    • Leverage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc) to support overall marketing plan to support sales goals 
    • SEO campaigns
    • Develop quarterly strategy by customer/by product to deliver sales plan
    • Design, execute, maintain SEO campaigns to deliver sales plan
    • Key metrics (impressions, CTR, ROAS, Sales)
    • Create campaigns to support new product introductions
    • Work w/ customer contacts/3rd parties to execute SEO campaigns via their portals/applications
    • Adhere to budgets and track spending to continuously improve productivity of campaigns 
    • Graphic design of deliverables 
    • Help to assist the creation of artwork for:
    • Product: Boxes, labels
    • Sales collateral: Sales sheets, flyers, promo items, business cards
    • Events & Trade Shows: Signs, swag, flyers, banners
    • Digital content 
    • Content upkeep of current product (.com, as well as in customer item management systems)
    • New item setup (.com, as well as in customer item management systems)
