Answers new inquiry phone calls.
Maintains continuous census and/or waitlist growth
Documents all activity information taken into the company program.
Conducts the required number of home visits with prospective residents each week.
Makes a required number of direct inquiry follow-up calls per day.
Initiates follow-up contact with prospective residents.
Conducts sales tours for prospective residents.
Conducts community visits and engages in networking activity for sales opportunities.
Schedules appointments for tours and lunches.
Completes required reports.
Communicates sales progress, concerns and challenges with administrator and Home Office leaders
Works with Administrator to generate ideas and coordinate functions in collaboration with Dining Services and Life Enrichment to attract potential residents and tours.
Evenings and weekends may be required.
Position may require driving during inclement weather.
If applicable, works directly with the sales assistant for work week coverage and task completion.
Job Qualifications:
Free of non-treated communicable disease
Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification
Maintain current drivers license
Physical Demands:
Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs.
Ability to continuously walk or stand.
