Sales Analyst prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals. Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace. Being a Sales Analyst assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team. Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends. Additionally, Sales Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Sales Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. College Student Job Description:
The Business Analyst College Co-op student will report to the Supplemental Programs Manager. This student professional will assist with supporting the overall Performance of the Government Markets division analyzing financial performance, provider engagements and Value Based Contract performance.
Will support key activities impacting the Government Markets Performance Management area such as:
Medical and Revenue performance awareness, Provider Performance and MLR metrics, and Budget support. May also assist the Supplemental Program's analysts and other Stakeholders with reporting, analytics, and program oversight for both prospective and retrospective programs.
This position should be filled by someone who has excellent communication skills, is comfortable using excel and working with large datasets.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient to Expert in Microsoft Office Suite • Business and Financial Acumen • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Project management • Knowledge of Tableau and/or SQL • Customer service skills preferred
