Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Sales Development Specialist for McFADDEN Sales. This associate will work full-time on-site at Sweetwater Sound, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in McFadden's Sweetwater office. This associate will focus on developing rapport with Sweetwater Sales Engineers by being an on-site resource for McFadden brands. The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as email management, training coordination, Technical Support, System Design support and supporting Sweetwater's retail store.
This associate will also routinely host on-site trainings (office hours, morning sales meetings) for McFadden brands.
This associate will also work with other Sweetwater departments (Merchandising, Marketing, Events team) to coordinate cohesive brand strategies.
