Description/Job Summary

The Pinnacle Bank Support Center, located in Gretna NE, is looking for employees that enjoy a fast-paced challenging job that entails problem solving, excel, workflows and various software programs. Strong communication and team-work skills are important. The Support Center uses, phone, email and Teams for communication between staff members and our customers (branch staff.)

This is a M-F position with rotating 8-5 and 9-6 shifts.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Help complete exception resolution processing.
• Process Garnishments & Levies.
• File maintenance validation.
• Research & subpoenas.
• Mobile deposit review.
• Work with the branches in regards to their backroom operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed.
• Ability to provide good customer service and telephone courtesy.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure meeting critical deadlines and have multitask abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Fiserv preferred.
• Knowledge of windows based programs.
• Accounting and bank experience preferred.

Required Education

• High School or equivalent
