We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant setting. **Responsibilities:**
- Manage the kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure that all dishes are prepared to meet dietary requirements.
- Develop and execute new recipes and menu items, and work with the hospitality team to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's high standards.
- Assist with food service management, including ordering supplies and managing kitchen equipment.
- Provide exceptional help to customers, ensuring that all diners have an enjoyable experience.

- Proven experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar food service environment.
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Excellent supervisory and management skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
