Prefer experience working with electrical utilities multiple governmental agencies. Experience in appraisal and acquisition of rights of way is beneficial. Reliable Power Consultants is currently seeking a Right of Way Agent (ROW Agent) for the acquisition of electrical and telecommunication rights of way for new and existing lines in a timely manner and on terms that are outlined by our clients. ROW Agent will coordinate all land-related studies, reports and surveys. They will complete all necessary steps to acquire permits and/or crossing agreements from various entities. They will maintain all records associated with ROW acquisition.
