Revenue Accountant jobs in Ohio

A growing and stable company is looking to add a lead revenue accountant. The ideal candidate will be exposed to monthly closing processes, forecasting, and budgeting. The accounting team is large and supportive. This role is within the revenue side, but there are other areas to move into, both within and outside of accounting. Super supportive leadership is interested in developing their team. This person should have experience interpreting accounting records for financial statements and giving recommendations and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business transactions are reported using generally accepted accounting principles.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
• Assist with the annual audit process, including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Qualifications

• 5 years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Exposure to revenue accounting
• SAP a plus
• Advanced Excel experience required
• Ability to work in a hybrid role in Dublin.
