Retail Zone Manager jobs in Oregon

Retail Zone Manager manages multiple regional managers within a geographic region. Adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each manager and store based on goals set for the whole zone. Being a Retail Zone Manager designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Retail Zone Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     JOB PURPOSE:

    DUTIES:

    • Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
    • Oversees the annual store audit process.
    • Tie all communication to the company mission and vision.
    • Maintains general cleanliness standards, both inside and outside of the store.
    • Processes ePlanogram updates in point-of-sale system.
    • Ensures ePlanogram updates are completed on time and to plan.
    • Ensures all price labels are updated.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Valid Driver’s License preferred.
    • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
    • GED preferred.
    • Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.
    • Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
    • Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
    • Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
    • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
