Responsibilities:

- Assist the Owner in overseeing daily store operations

- Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service

- Scheduling

-Maintain a Clean and Presentable Store
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Handle cash transactions and oversee proper cash handling procedures
- Implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
- Conduct employee orientations and performance evaluations
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting

Experience:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Prior experience in team management and employee orientation
