Duties:
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices.
- Create and maintain listings of available properties.
- Show properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.
- Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding market conditions, financing options and negotiations.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role. (No experience necessary, training available.)
- Strong sales and customer service skills.

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Requirements:
