Job Overview:
We are seeking several highly motivated Real Estate Agents to join our company. (Not Licensed yet? No problem, give us a call to discuss.) As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling real estate. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction. No experience necessary; basic and ongoing advanced training provided.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices.
- Create and maintain listings of available properties.
- Show properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.
- Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding market conditions, financing options and negotiations.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role. (No experience necessary, training available.)
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in the state of Louisiana.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of the company.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
