As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Custodian.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas in the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a clean and tidy environment for guests and employees.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
