Lumicity is currently partnering with a business looking to expand their battery manufacturing lines & expand their R&D function based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We are looking to talk with experienced R&D leaders with experience in the battery space looking to take on a new challenge. The role will be responsible for a large team of scientists, developing and improving their technology. You will regularly be tasked with solving novel problems for their many clients. Both guiding from a technical perspective, acting as the face of the R&D team and supporting the product team to develop your team's creations.
