Release Engineering Manager jobs in Utah

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Associates
• Develop and implement quality procedures to identify and report issues.
• Support global quality initiatives and strategies as directed by corporate quality.
• Maintain the ISO quality system, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
• Ensure the QMS meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Achieve quality assurance objectives by recruiting, training, and managing staff, and leading performance management processes.
• Develop quality control processes based on customer needs and requirements.
• Host customer and registrar audits, and conduct internal quality and supplier audits.
• Lead Management Reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, risk management, mechanical, or industrial engineering preferred; or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in quality management within medical device manufacturing
• Proven experience leading and managing large QA and QC teams.
• Experience with ISO 13485
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
