    Requirements

    • Extensive knowledge and experience utilizing various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles (e.g., conversions, client/server, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or traditional waterfall phases of analysis, design, development, testing, implementation) and the correct project application
    • Extensive knowledge and skill in project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines, and recommends improvements to realize efficiencies
    • Extensive knowledge of communications/escalation management
    • Considerable knowledge and experience with company's procurement management processes (e.g., acquiring goods and services, selecting, and managing internal and/or external resources)
    • Considerable knowledge and experience with company's budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Considerable knowledge of change and release management principles, procedures, and techniques
    • Considerable knowledge of standards and best practices relevant to the information technology industry (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, CMM)
    • Knowledge of basic problem resolution and escalation practices
    • Knowledge of FIS products and services
    • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
    • Knowledge of release and configuration management tools (e.g. CA Endevor, CA Software Change Manager)
    • Demonstrated broad knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma) and how their use benefits the organization
    • Advanced skill in the use of project management software to manage projects (e.g., MS Project and auxiliary tools, such as earned value database, audit tools, project repository, including risk, issues and action items database, SLIM Estimate, Metrics and Control, PlanView, Platinum Process Continuum)
    • Skill in using a breadth of project experience and project management expertise to effectively transfer knowledge to any project situation (i.e., ranging from internal to conversions to software development projects)

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
