Recruiting Manager implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. Maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. May be responsible for the recruitment process for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM-TA, PHR, or SHRM-CP required.
EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Seven (7) years of combined HR and professional recruiting experience for a property that comprises at least 750 team members.

Work is typically in an office environment; however, additional work areas may be unusually hot, cold, and/or noisy and may contain second-hand smoke. Tasks may be performed from a sitting or non-sitting position in a confined area. Team Members may be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of the assigned area. Work may entail constant contact with fellow Team Members, Management, Vendors, and Guests. High volume and fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
