Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Overview: Improve Acertara by creating and executing programs related to our team. Manage the entire recruiting and candidate hiring cycle and match them to roles in which they will be successful. Design programs which will foster learning and development. Help to design and improve benefits programs to deliver excellent results to our team.
Responsibilities
· Develop strategic plan for employee hiring, training, and retention
· Writing job marketing material
· Systematically uncover and attract extraordinary talent to our team
· Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting resources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent.
· Source talent through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
· Generate interest in working at Acertara through direct sourcing via telephone and/or email or other marketing avenues.
· Conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews.
· Screen applicants for availability, interest level, relocation needs, etc.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive interview procedure
· Attend and organize both internal and external recruiting events.
· Build teamwork and cross-departmental cooperation
· Coordinate and document training
· Benefits coordination and administration
· Work with Accounting to ensure PTO/Payroll is accurate
· Coordinate regular employee check-ins with managers
· Work with managers to deploy effective change management
· Maintain employee records
· Adhere to quality system standards and procedures.
· Continually seek to improve processes and work flow.
· Other activities required to support the team
· Complete weekly and monthly reports on a variety of projects
Requirements
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
· Human Resource certifications are a plus (SHRM, PHR, etc.)
Experience
· 3 years of working hard and solving problems
· 2 years of relevant technical sourcing experience.
· Experience recruiting either in-house or at an agency.
· 2 years of client interaction experience, including working with Engineering Managers and Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating progress.
· Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of productivity software
