Recruiting Coordinator jobs in Michigan

Job Responsibilities

• Review applications and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person
• Participate in planning and running hiring events including but not limited to career fairs, high school outreach, etc.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms
• Conduct onboarding tasks and assist with background checks
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
• Prepare interview questions, position information and skill requirements for open positions

Job Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience
• Onsite 5 days a week
• Must have experience with interviewing others for open positions
• Experience with outbound recruiting and tactics and ways to increase applicant flow that they are able to speak to
• Organized and keen attention to detail
• Culture fit – aligning with our core values
• Great personality and "ultimate team player" attitude
• Self-motivated
