Who YOU are- You are a licensed real estate agent with less than 2 years of experience OR are interested in getting involved with investment real estate.
- You understand that in this booming residential real estate market, where inventory is low and demand is high, agents with less than 2 years of experience are being left behind. Getting a listing is almost impossible and buyers only want to work with agents who have the experience and relationships to make their offer stand out.
You realize the opportunity you could capitalize on by a firm:- That is one of the largest private sources of distressed investment properties. (What inventory shortage?)
- That has a large network of investors. (Say goodbye to frustrated home shoppers!)
- Where each agent can close dozens of transactions per year. (Our agents AVERAGE 30 transactions per year!)

The Day to Day- Meet with our warm investor leads and make your own connections who are hungry to find their next investment property.
