This front-office position is the go-to person who forms the backbone of their office. Applicants should possess excellent communication and people skills. They must be willing to deal with multiple tasks in a day and be able to semi-independently problem solve. Applicants should be well versed on windows based PC’s and should be proficient in the current version of MS Office applications such as word, excel and power point. They should be prepared to conduct a hands on computer skills assessment during the interview process. He/she has worked in the real estate industry (or a related one) for 2 years, a font-office position for 2 years or has the training/schooling equivalent. The ideal candidate does not have an active real estate license or is willing to put their license in an in-active status.
