Rate Analyst monitors, reviews, and evaluates service rates and charges for various public utilities. Calculates cost-of-service and performs related rate analysis. Being a Rate Analyst ensures filings comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requirements. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of business administration or related field. Additionally, Rate Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Rate Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary:
Attorney needed on an hourly basis, to substitute for domestic law events, i.e. appear at Webex Hearings, Make minor filings, etc. Attorney will be there to assist primary counsel to advance cases to resolution more efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Utah state bar and in good standing
- Proven experience working as an attorney in Family Law
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
